Engagement terms

Who do you usually work with?

Property, insurance, and field-operations teams that already run Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, or Salesforce and need the data to be trustworthy before the next decision. Most engagements start with an operator or analytics lead who is tired of reconciling numbers by hand.

How quickly can we start?

We reply within two business days and typically schedule the diagnostic call within ten. An Audit runs about two weeks; Implementation and Enterprise timelines are scoped on that first call so you see the sequence before committing.

How do I know which engagement tier I need?

If you are unsure whether the problem is data quality, reporting, or process, start with the Audit—it maps the gaps and returns a ranked backlog. If the scope is already clear (a dashboard, a pipeline, a CRM build), Implementation fits. Multi-workstream programs use Enterprise, and ongoing oversight uses the Fractional BA Retainer.

Do you build the solution or just advise?

Both. We produce current-state maps and roadmaps, and we build the Power BI models, Fabric/SQL pipelines, Salesforce configurations, and governed AI workflows—then hand over documentation and playbooks your team owns.

How do you handle our data and credentials?

Share row counts, sample exports, and secure links—never passwords in email. Access is scoped to what the engagement needs, and every deliverable ships with the ownership and validation rules already documented.

Can you work alongside our existing team or vendors?

Yes. Engagements are designed so your analysts and vendors can run the result. The backlog includes effort bands and named owners so work can be split between us, your team, or an existing partner.
